This Digital  Clinic with Instant Laboratory can be set up anywhere, even in a kiosk, such as in public health centers, e-clinic in communities, bus & railway terminals, airport, religious places, malls, educational institutes, factories, industries, corporate offices, in outpatient lobby of hospitals with large footfall, medical camps, remote localities and for rapid response to disasters.  The patient gets doctor consultation, instant laboratory test results and prescription, all in a single session.

When an unwell person walks into the e Clinic and registers, a doctor connects on HD video to get a clear view of the patient’s pallor, breathing, eyes and then hear and record heart lung auscultation using a digital stethoscope etc, all similar to a face-to-face consultation.  The doctor can then view patient vitals (SP02, Temp, BP, ECG, blood glucose) and 15 urine test results instantly to clinically assess in real time.

The doctor may seek rapid tests for haemoglobin, uric acid, cholesterol, diseases like malaria, typhoid, dengue, covid,  syphilis, HIV, Hepatitis C, etc with results recorded into the patient’s Electronic Health Records (EHR) in 20 mins.  About 48+ tests can be done, and  newer devices are integrated.

After online prognosis, the doctor prescribes medication which can be directly sent to nearest connected pharmacy for home delivery or across the counter if co-located in a pharmacy.
